Jeff is an experienced technology executive with a proven track record for delivering tangible business improvements for over 30 technology clients since founding ServiceVantage in 2002.

Jeff’s depth of experience and leadership in the areas of software as a service (SaaS), professional services and support has lead to the creation of a client lifecycle methodology that benefits technology companies by improving their approach to client engagement that positively impacts recurring revenue, retention and client driven referrals.

A strategic thinker, Jeff has the energy, talent and passion needed to attain ambitious corporate objectives and solve highly strategic business challenges. He has worked with technology firms in a variety of capacities including project based executive consulting; interim executive roles such as VP Business Development, VP Operations and VP Client Services; and as an advisor to many high tech executives.

In his personal time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid fan, practitioner and competitor in jiu-jitsu; a passion he shares with his three boys.
